If the recipient isn’t home at the time of delivery, we’ll try to reach them using the mobile number provided. Our drivers always aim to deliver in person. If the recipient isn’t home the flowers will be left in a safe, weather protected area. For secure apartment buildings, we’ll try to leave the delivery at the apartment door; if access isn’t possible, it may be left in the foyer. If we feel it isn’t safe to leave the flowers and we can’t reach you or the recipient using the numbers provided, the order will be returned to our store. Additional charges may apply for returns and any re‑delivery attempts.
